The core maintenance principles are "regular inspection, timely cleaning, replacement as needed, and proper protection." Focus should be placed on the three core components: the power system, hydraulic system, and walking system. Daily maintenance can be carried out according to four dimensions: daily inspection, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance, and annual overhaul. This can effectively extend the equipment's service life, reduce the failure rate, and decrease maintenance costs.


1. Daily Inspection (Must be done 5-10 minutes before operation; basic inspection)


A comprehensive inspection must be performed on the small dumper before each day's operation to avoid equipment failure leading to work interruptions or safety accidents: First, check the power system.
