The diesel version uses a small diesel engine as its core, equipped with an air filter and fuel filter to effectively block outdoor dust and ensure stable engine operation.The wheeled version is equipped with an independent drive axle and wear-resistant rubber wheels, while the tracked version is equipped with a track frame and thickened rubber tracks. Both allow for independent speed adjustment and reverse rotation of the wheels/tracks on both sides, providing the foundation for skid steering.

The steering system is its core feature, employing tailless skid steering technology. It eliminates the traditional steering axle and steering wheel of construction machinery, achieving steering by controlling the speed difference between the two side travel motors: both wheels/tracks moving in the same direction and at the same speed result in straight-line travel; one side stationary while the other moves allows for on-the-spot turning; and both sides moving in opposite directions enables 360° on-the-spot turning. No turning space is required throughout the entire process, allowing it to operate close to walls and obstacles, maximizing the use of confined spaces.

The hydraulic system is the core of its multi-functional operation. It uses a high-pressure hydraulic pump + high-pressure hydraulic hoses + hydraulic cylinder design. The hydraulic system pressure is generally 16-25MPa, providing ample power for various attachments. The operating system of a small skid steer loader primarily uses an integrated joystick. Diesel-powered mini skid steer loaders convert fuel energy into mechanical energy via an engine. Power is first transmitted to a high-pressure hydraulic pump, which drives the hydraulic system to generate high-pressure hydraulic oil. This high-pressure hydraulic oil is then delivered through oil pipes to the travel motors and attachment hydraulic cylinders, providing power for both travel, steering, and attachment operation.

When the mini skid steer loader is traveling and steering, the operator controls the speed and direction of the travel motors on both sides using a joystick, achieving a speed difference between the wheels/tracks on both sides, thus completing actions such as straight-line travel, steering, and 360° turn on the spot, without requiring additional steering space. When attachments are in operation, the operator controls the on/off and flow of hydraulic oil using a joystick, actuating the hydraulic cylinders to extend and retract, thereby driving attachments such as the bucket, dozer blade, and log clamp to perform actions such as bulldozing, shoveling sand, clamping, and sweeping.
